Terms of Use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you download or play Sitlings, a game made by Tapcandy Studio ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Sitlings for your own enjoyment on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you got it from. The game, its levels, characters, art, sound and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us.
What you agree not to do
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its content.
- Reverse-engineer, modify or interfere with the game or any service behind it, except where the law allows it.
- Use the game, or any account feature, to break the law or to harm others.
Age
Sitlings is meant for players aged 13 and over.
Purchases and virtual items
The game is free and currently sells nothing. If we add optional purchases, they will be handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and these terms will say what you get.
Accounts
If you use the optional sign-in to save your progress, keep your Apple or Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game, which means levels, features and these terms may change. We may stop offering the game or a feature, as long as we tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work to make it fun and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available without interruption.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from playing the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if anything. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
